Who We Are

This website (royalerecordspresents.com) is maintained by Royale Records to share information about Music Meets Fashion, an annual charity showcase founded in 2017 by Annyett Royale, benefiting the American Diabetes Association and Camp Conrad Chinnock.

What This Site Collects

This site is mostly informational — there’s no account creation or login for visitors, and we don’t collect payment information directly. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (like IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance, which is standard for any website.

Ticket Purchases

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, a third-party platform. When you buy a ticket, your information goes directly to Eventbrite, not to us, and is covered by Eventbrite’s own privacy policy.

Email & Contact

If you email us at Musicmeetsfashion@royalerecordspresents.com, we’ll use your email address only to respond to you. We don’t sell or share your contact information with third parties. If this site offers an email signup for event updates, we’ll use that address only to send you Music Meets Fashion updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
